Wow. I was not sure how the magnet strength was gonna be and it is extremely strong. I actually have to use both hands to open it so I can tell you there is absolutely no way that my hat is going to fall off or fly off and get lost It is bigger than I thought it would be but I don’t mind because I want it to work. The carabiner like part of it is also high-quality and is a nice color of gold. Gold is not my favorite but this is very nice I do wish they had a darker brown color, but this brown is fine. It lays on my purse that has a combination of black and very dark brown leather and looks fine. This hat clip is strong and sturdy. It will hold any type of hat firmly in place. The inside of the holder is a strong magnet covered with a soft material to ensure the quality of the hat is kept intact. It hooks easily onto your purse or bag. I purchased 2 different magnet clips for my hats. Both work well but this is my favorite! I can clip it on my bag, purse or backpack and it's got a great grip for my hat. This is most practical for my bigger hats. I also love it when cruising because the magnet attaches to the cabin wall and will hold my hat nicely. Read more
