I have been taking this for a little while now and I have to be honest, I haven't noticed any huge differences. It could be possible that it has helped my sleep to some degree but I usually sleep pretty well with only the occasional bad night of sleep. I received this NMN supplement and despite its claims to be made in America, certified GMP, third party laboratory tested, and most importantly - NSF certified - I cannot find supportive evidence of those claims. The latter certification is the big one that athletes typically will only order supplements if certified by. And per that reliance, the NSF keeps a public registry that is easily searchable by the public. However, I was unable to find this brand or its LLC (listed on its webpage) anywhere within the NSF directory. I don't really trust taking a supplement product that would be going into my body with that discrepancy. The product arrived well sealed and the capsules do not have any weird smells and appear uniform and are all intact. They appear manufactured well, whatever they happen to be. I'm sad I won't be able to take them, as a believer in metabolic health. Overall, I'm concerned that this product lists a certification that it simply does not hold, and therefore that makes me not trust anything else on its label.
