The ingredients list seems reasonable and the capsules are easy (for me) to swallow. They’re average size capsules. Honestly, I’ve never heard of these kinds of ingredients addressing blood health in natural or homeopathic remedies, except for the K2 which is said to help prevent blood clotting and absorb excess calcium in the blood. This seems to be a high quality supplement. I already take both nattokinase and K2 but not in the higher dose this calls for. I will only take one of these a day so that makes it a 4 month supply for me. I’ve been interested in the cholesterol balancing properties of citrus bergamot so this is a reasonable addition to the solvent for me. To have all 3 ingredients that will last 4 months for me makes this a good value and worth the try. They’re larger capsules so would be a job if you take all 4 suggested at once. I’m happy they’re simple capsules without unnecessary magnesium stearate added. Hopefully they’ll be effective and I’ll notice some benefit by the end of 4 months. I really like these. They have a very good mix of natural supplements that are good for cardiac health. They have taken a lot of different supplements and put them together while still having a strong dose of them. Only down side is that a serving is 4 capsules, but considering that I don’t have to take more capsules to get the combination of supplements in these, I don’t mind a bit.
