This is pretty nice stuff. I have never really worn foundation, as I was scared of it (I tried some when I was like 16 and my skin was too dry so it looked awful and so I was like "nah I'm good" + I had bad acne and thought it would make it worse). But now that I'm older and have taken better care of my skin and know what I'm doing a bit more, I love this stuff. It feels good on my skin, it's very light. I like that it doesn't completely change my skin tone, but instead just helps even it out. And bonus points for the extra sun protection. Read more

I have combination/dry skin. Although I don't have a lot of deep lines and wrinkles, I'm 57, so I have plenty of fine lines. I live in the super dry mountain west and winter is rough on the skin here so I was looking for a hydrating foundation with medium coverage that would last all day and not settle in my lines. This ain't it. It feels great going on - more like a skincare product - and has a very light, pleasant scent. But it gives light coverage at best, and I don't find it very buildable. Plus, it literally IMMEDIATELY starts to collect in fine lines and the more you use, the worse that is. Even with just one coat (which wasn't enough coverage), I was constantly blotting it out of my fine lines. It also stays tacky-feeling - pretty much forever - unless you powder it. Once you get it on, and if you can ignore the settling into lines, it does make your skin look nice but the finish is too radiant for me. And I would say it's not a long-lasting foundation. By end of day, it was definitely showing plenty of wear and I was just in the house all day. The color match for me was excellent - I got porcelain - the lightest shade - for my very fair skin and it was pretty much a perfect match. It's a neutral porcelain. That having been said, I don't typically buy the very fairest shade in any foundation. I'm usually one "notch" up from the lightest. So if you have SUPER fair skin and typically need the very lightest shade, porcelain may not work for you. So, I'd say if you have super dry skin and don't need much coverage and don't have any lines you don't want accentuated, this might be OK for you. But it was definitely not what I was looking for.
