Does not install or work, per the badly written installation manual.

I have all new equipment: Apple MacBook, Dell 27 monitor, NOLYTH ExternL CD/DVD Drive, Apple cord adapter (with 3 outlets B, C, HDMI). I've had it in the box on the shelf next to my computer, and took it out to make it work, but it's NOT working. I have the Drive connected to Power and to my Laptop through the Adapter. When it ran temporarily, it was only Intermittent. When I had my 27" monitor screen turned on, the DVD player would not work and then would not work at all even after disconnecting the monitor and restarting the laptop. This company doesn't even have their own website! They are only possibly accessible if they respond to an email. Not easy to use at all. Plus, there's no "eject button" on the screen, per the Manual. Manual, like many, have extremely small text, layout is bad, pictures don't do the explanation. You guys cannot spare for another inch or two for the manual, which is 1/4 the square size of the box. Oh, and made in CHINA. Read more
