Wonderful and somewhat hard to find medium norton india stone. Leaves a very toothy edge. Expect it to last many years. Can be used as part of a progression or as a one and done stone. Able to achieve hair popping coarse edge off this stone with good technique and a strop. Read more

Its an oil stone, but use it under a trickle of water to wash away the particles. Fast cutting, clean edge. Only takes a few strokes, then finish with a hone, or at least 4000 grit Japanese water stone. Read more
