PERFECT for luminaries. Throws bright enough light without the glaring "flame" to distract. Surprisingly not much taller than other LED tea lights! Wouldn't recommend as a nightlight unless you keep it well out of a small child's reach. For color changing lights, these lasted 48 hours without any noticeable fade. Will update review once I test it more fully. The only con will be changing batteries; cover has a screw. Read more

The media could not be loaded. These lights are super cute. I thought that the exterior would have been silicone but they are a hard plastic. I used them as stocking staffers and even the adults have loved them. They are a very pleasant brightness in the daylight, but a bit too bright for a night light.
