Seems to be working
I bought this for my arthritis in my left hand. I seem to be having less pain after 2 months, will wait and see at the 4 month mark like the studies. The price was good compared to the other brands. I have purchased other NOW supplements in the past so I trust them for purity. Read more
Effectiveness
I purchased the product to reduce stiffness and arthritic symptoms in my hands. Both symptoms we’re greatly reduced after about 2-3 weeks of continual administration. It may have helped other arthritic symptoms but the positive effects on my hands were most noticeable. What I don’t know is what would have happened during this same period had I not taken UC-II. I assume the positive effects are due to UC-II and not spontaneous regression of symptoms. The positive effects are backed by a study published in a reviewed medical journal which suggests the effects are due to collagen’s ability to stimulate immune system activators present in the GI tract. Collagen is eventually digested so is therefore NOT helping to build or repair joints. This is the only brand I tried. Read more

I couldn't move my knee because of arthritis.
my veterinarian daughter recommended trying this collagen which is for humans vs. the dog version. Taking 1 each morning, after 7-10 days, i suddenly realized i could move around and in and out of my car, etc. with no pain. Crazy, but really working so far. it's been about 9 mos. so far. i have had no side effects. my orthopedic doctor says there's nothing bad in ingredients and to keep using if it's working! Read more
