Very high quality product
Omega 3 supplements are a staple in our house to help balance out our omega 3 - omega 6 ratios. The American diet is way too high in omega 6, which is inflammatory, so we always make sure to take our omega 3s. I did a bunch of research on which brand to buy, and Now stood out. It has the ideal balance between EPA and DHA, and the price is much better than its competitors. Additionally, it's molecularly distilled and tested to make sure it doesn't contain heavy metals, impurities, or contaminants. It's a very high quality product from an excellent brand. Read more
Great liver protection
I started taking these daily with Accutane to help protect my liver (since the medication is so damaging to it), as recommended by my dermatologist. At first, it was hard to adjust to the big pill size, but I’m used to it after a few months. My liver levels have stayed within normal range, so this is effective!! Sometimes I do get a “fishy” burp a few hours after taking them, but it doesn’t stay on the breath or make your mouth smell bad. Read more
