I've only owned this for one week and I already had a power outage. The battery kicked in and kept my computer up and running perfectly! I put this in my APC BE750G Backup UPS as the replacement for the 6 year old original battery, and this new battery gave me no issues whatsoever. For other UPS owners, I knew the original battery was on its way out because during the last momentary brown-out that I had, the original battery made a loud buzzing noise as it was being charged back up once the power returned. Knowing batteries shouldn't buzz when charging, I knew it was time for a replacement. This new battery was worth every cent! Read more

Bought the NP12 for a replacement battery in my APC ES 750. It fit perfectly and the hook up was just like the original. New APC for cheap. Took 5 minutes to change. Read more

I used 2 of these batteries for a UPS replacement battery and they worked well for 4 years. For the price, that was longer than expected, I don't think the original batteries lasted that long. I came looking at my previous orders when replacement time came around again, but found an assembled pack for a few dollars more, so I went with that instead. I hope the other deal works as well as this one, but I will return to this listing for batteries in the future as I trust the product. Read more

UPDATE: Feb. 8, 2021 - Seller messaged me on Jan.24 apologizing for the initial battery being defective and said they would ship out a new replacement. Over two weeks later and I have yet to receive a replacement. AVOID THIS SELLER. Not reliable. ORIGINAL REVIEW I purchased this battery as a replacement for an APC UPS. I installed it upon receiving it and the low battery indicator light and signal warning came on in under 24 hours. I ordered a battery charger after reading some customer feedback that indicates these batteries may need to be charged before installation depending on how long they sat unused after manufacture, because they will slowly lose their charge. I charged it, reinstalled it, and was met with the same result - UPS beeping/low battery light came on within24 hours. I realized when I attempted to initiate a return that it is not sold by Amazon, meaning I am at the seller’s mercy. I contacted them and was told to wait up to two business days. I haven’t heard back yet (though that was over the weekend and they may not have been open yesterday for MLK day? Though I don’t think it is a US company.) I will update my review if their customer service department reaches out to me and makes this right. Until then, I have to advise others to steer clear of this product, because all I’m left with at the moment is a $20 potentially hazardous brick. Read more
