It’s soft. I love that it’s cork color. It’s easy to roll up and roll out for use. It comes with a bag to store it in. And the stretch resistance (though I don’t use it much,) is useful for leg and arm exercises. The mat is a pretty good size and I love how thick it is. I say it’s worth the money. Read more

The last mat i bought was all foam and had a smell that did not go away no matter what. This cork mat does not have that smell at all thankfully.
