I cannot rate this nut milk maker highly enough. It's exactly what I was hoping it would be - easy to use, quick (10 minutes to fresh, foamy almond milk) and easy to clean up. (The blades, while sharp enough to blend the almonds, aren't really sharp enough to cut my fingers, so there's no worry about cutting myself.) I found that the strainer it came with was a bit too small - I upgraded to a 4.5-inch fine mesh wire strainer placed atop a large batter bowl. I can pour the fresh almond milk into the strainer, then while the milk is straining, I clean up the machine and lid. I use a small spatula to squeeze out the last bit of milk from the almond pulp, then save the pulp to use on porridge or in baking - or just as a nice treat on its own. I love experimenting with different flavorings of almond milk. And that's just the almond milk setting! It has nine other settings to make other types of dairy-free milk or other drinks - it's very versatile. used this nut milk maker to make both almond milk and oat milk. Both were super quick and came out so great. There’s something satisfying about being able to make your own milks at home.
