I’ve been using this purple sweet potato powder in my overnight oats, and I absolutely love it! The color is such a beautiful, vibrant purple that makes my breakfast look so appealing. The quality of the powder is excellent—smooth, fresh, and blends in easily without clumping. It adds a subtle sweetness and earthy flavor that pairs perfectly with fruits, yogurt, or even smoothies. I’ve also tried sprinkling it into baked goods and lattes, and it gives such a unique touch. A little goes a long way, so the bag lasts for quite a while. Definitely a fun and healthy addition to my pantry! Highly recommend if you love colorful, nutrient-rich ingredients Read more

Used this to make homemade cotton candy flavored marshmallows purple. It just took one tiny scoop (that came with the bag) for a 9x13 pan and the color was so light and pretty. Did not add any taste to the marshmallows whatsoever. Read more

This is the only way to go to make Ube ice cream, cookie or pies at home. The size of the package is just right for the amount I need, the texture is very fine so no weird lumps or grit and the aroma is perfect! It’s good value for the money and since the only ingredient is freeze dried ube sweet potato, there’s no added sugar, which I appreciate. Read more
