My rescue dog gets stressed around travel and boarding. I start it a few days before travel and continue for a bit after. This helps avoid an upset stomach and a diet of rice and chicken when he returns home. The capsules are small, and he gobbles it happily in his food. It seems to be very effective for him, well worth the cost though I wish it were a bit more affordable. I got this for my senior dog because she was having so many tummy issues. She didn't want to eat and when she did, she threw up. My very recommended a probiotic and I was skeptical that would solve the issue, but I gave it a shot. It's worked amazingly. I got it about 2 weeks ago and she hasn't thrown up at all and her appetite is back to normal. It did give her a couple days of loose stools which were disgusting and a weird shade of yellow, but that went away soon enough and her poops are back to normal now.
