So happy I bought Welactin Omega 3 Fish Oil for my dog. The soft chews are easy to give and my pup seems to enjoy them. I really appreciate that it's veterinarian recommended and contains high-quality ingredients. I've noticed his coat looks shinier and his skin seems healthier since starting these. It's reassuring to support his overall wellness with a supplement backed by science. Definitely a product I'll keep giving him. Read more

I've been using the Nutramax Welactin Omega-3 Supplement for a while now and I'm more than pleased. It's backed by science and includes high-quality ingredients that support my dog's overall health, including her skin, coat, and immune system. Plus, it's in a soft chew form that my dog likes. The multivitamins & minerals are a bonus. Although not the best tasting, I just add a bit of peanut butter and my dog gobbles it up! Highly recommended for dog owners looking for quality supplements. My vet recommended Welactin for my dog's joint issues. I tried the liquid version at first, but it didn't agree with my dog's stomach. I decided to try these before giving up, and am glad that I did. My dog is pretty small, so I cut all of the "treats" in half when I first get the bag and then give him one half for every meal. I just stick it in his food and he gobbles it right up. It doesn't smell good to me, but he loves the smell! The only drawback is that the treats are very firm and large. You need a sharp knife to cut them in half, and it still takes a little force. If you give these Welactin treats to your dog with meals, you'll probably want to cut the whole bag in half at once and keep them in an airtight container so they're ready to go when you need them. And still, if your dog is pretty small, half of each Welactin treat is pretty large. While my small dog would probably swallow the entire city hole if he thought it were food, I still feel a little nervous giving him such a firm hard treat of this size. But he's been taking these for almost a year without issue, and his coat and joints have never been batter. Read more

We started using this omega-3 supplement as a preventative measure for our dog’s skin allergies, and it’s made a noticeable difference. His coat looks shinier and healthier, and it seems to help keep dryness and irritation under control. He also loves it, which makes giving it daily very easy. The product feels high quality and mixes well with food. Overall, it’s an effective supplement for maintaining skin and coat health and preventing allergy flare-ups. Read more

When I first adopted my dog, he really had some flaky skin. He's a pitbull. The vet recommended these as a supplement. And about a week, I noticed he wasn't getting as flaky as he used to be when I first adopted him. He still seems to be a bit itchy though. We'll see how his condition approves over time, but for the short time he's been on them, it's improved his condition. And I use them as a treat. Each block is a bit big for him to chew though. So I break them in half. Read more

My veterinarian recommended this for my German Shepherd Dog to help her hips. The concept is good. The nutritionals in it are good. However, my dog refused to eat them even when disguised underneath her food. The reason for 3 stars is that they don't work if your dog won't eat them. Read more
