Vitamin B, yellow pee!
I have found that these give me the energy I need after lunch and seem to be very effective. They are small and easy to swallow. The only thing to take note of is your pee will probably be neon yellow for some time. Every B vitamin I have taken does that, but this brand seems to be neon than most. Don’t know if that is good or bad or doesn’t matter. Whatever, they work for my purpose. Read more

I never write reviews but I have to for this. I have had eye and facial twitching for the last 6 months. No one could figure out why. The first day I started taking this it went away.
