This Nuva Colors Permanent Eyeliner Pigment is Great. You receive 8 - 4 oz bottles in the package. I received the NC-EYELINER 8 SET, which is Different Shades of Blacks and Browns. Colors are bright and vibrant. From the Darkest of Blacks to a Golden Brown. Seems like good quality make-up pigments. Perfect for permanent eyeliners and such. I believe would be good for outlining tattoos also. My Son-in-law does tattoos, but not sure I'm ready for him to permanently put eyeliner on myself yet... but he did some practice with it on fake skin and turned out very nice and looks great. Very happy with it. Would definitely get again. Price is Fair. I do recommend it. Read more

The colors are all super vibrant and bold without being overly gaudy either. Took a bit of extra research to figure out what they're really for, but eventually discovered they're for permanent makeup. Only downside is the allergens they contain, but it's really nice they include the warning on the bottles since most people wouldn't realize that. They may not work on all skin tones or types, but the color is definitely a long-lasting one that holds its brilliance forever essentially.
