It works great!! I didn't buy it to shock my dogs, just for the "beep" or vibration. They used to run the fence with the neighbor dogs but no longer do. I've had the collars for a couple of years now and they still work great. No, my dogs do not wear them 24/7, just occasionally. Read more
My dogs have been trained to these collars for years! The only reason we've ever had to replace one was due to the clasp being broken during rough play outside. I love the adjustable levels of vibration and charge displays. I will never use another collar. Read more

Easy to use Long battery life Audible beep is decent Selection for prongs is okay (I use the longer ones for my long coated dog but the "shock" does not faze her no matter what- only beep and vibrate) (yes that is with tightening the color and checking it's against her skin- works well on the Dane, but not the RCC or husky's fur) Beep/ vibrate: great levels Shock level: great options Only drawback I have found is: my husky(if it gets left on accidently- has chewed 4 of the collars.(1 was my fault, 1 my hubs and twice now my daughter.... Just the bands and clips- never the box, but how it's attached to the box, you can't replace the bands (like I can't even make it work with something else), so I've had to buy new- I can't seem to find just the collars anymore, only sets and the price has gone up astronomically since I ordered my first) I have now switched to another option since this one is currently just shy of 50( not worth that price) Effectiveness- worked well for training my RCC and husky Waterproof: rain/etc soaking wet dog- still works Suggestion for company: make it where the collar/bands, if chewed/worn out, could be purchased and replaced easily by customers. Bought this separately and connected it to the remote with 2 other collars so I can control all 3 of my dogs with it. They are aussies and the long prongs work just fine on their long coat. Its a must have Read more
I bought my first one 2 years ago..after a while wouldn’t connect to collar so I bought another receiver it never connected so I just thought ok need a new collar so I just got it in today and it won’t connect to receiver and I’ve done everything it says to do..this is a lot of money right here that should work..So can someone from NVK do something cause this is crap that I don’t have anything that works..Brand new collar I got today won’t connect to new remote that I just bought this past summer/fall..nothing will connect in the picture I enclosed..smh very disappointed and hope someone at this company makes this right..I’m a breeder and I have recommended this collar but won’t ever again if I’m not sent a new set not separately a set! We really liked these collars, until one of them stopped charging and then realized there doesn't seem to be any type of warranty with the product. Most places usually offer 1 year of warranty in case of failure, but that seems to be missing here. On their website the "activate warranty" link does nothing. No response to their service email address. Will not be purchasing from this company again, which is a shame because they work well when they are functional, although the remote leaves some things to be desired. Beware! EDIT 11/5/22 The sellers finally responded to me via email and had me contact them via Amazon. They asked for my address and I had a replacement delivered to my house in just a few days. Changing review from 1 to 3 starts. Would be higher but I'm not a fan of the remote control functionality. It's a little clunky to use compared to some others on the market. But due to the great battery life on both receiver and remote I'm increasing to 3 stars. Read more
