Helps to keep making up from smudging and wiping off, it isn't fool proof but does a great job. In 90+ degree weather with heat and humidity nothing is going to be 100%, but this has held up well through long sweaty days. It is inexpensive, a good value for the money, does not have a strong smell, and helps to keep my make up on all day. Read more
