I usually don’t gravitate toward polyester, but this one is soft, and not staticky at all. It has just enough weight to create a really flattering drape. The length is exactly as described. On me, 5’3” for reference, it hits right above the ankle, which I think is perfect for a day or travel dress. What I appreciate most is how forgiving the fit is. As I’ve gotten older, I tend to look for pieces that offer a bit of camouflage, and this dress does that beautifully. Despite the strappy design, the flowy cut and extra fabric fall in a way that conceals my tummy and waist very well. The adjustable back is such a great feature. It actually changes how low the back goes! On the model in the product pictures it is about halfway. You can style it super low, or keep it higher for more coverage. It looks great both ways. Love that it can look and feel so sexy yet for extra coverage, it also layers nicely over a strappy tank or tube top. This backless sundress/beach cover up looks nice in the picture but is very big in person! I ordered the smallest size available which was a medium and it was huge on me (I'm 4 ft, 10"). However, it is very pretty and the material is very soft and clingy, so it still might work as an oversize sundress. I ordered it in coral, which is pretty, but now I wish I had ordered it in black, as it would make it more dressy looking. I originally saw this dress on TikTok and HAD to try it. The fabric is very stretchy, lightweight, and soft. The cut is very loose and flowy to make it extra comfy if you feel bloated and/or don’t like to feel constricted. It’s a dress intended for you to wear it braless but there’s always a creep in the comments so you get the PG13 product demo photos attached. There’s a tie in the back of the dress to cinch how much back you’re exposing. It doesn’t do anything else to modify the cut/fit elsewhere on the dress. This is a great at-home comfy lounging dress, but can absolutely be dressed up/styled nicer for streetwear. Obsessed with this! First photo shows how huge this dress actually is. Like I could fit two of myself in it which I personally LOVE as someone who yo-yos in size. Usually pieces like this are not flattering but this is different. It has a very flattering silhouette despite the amount of fabric. It’s very soft and comfy. My normal size fit. It can be tied and adjusted in the back. Amazing option to just throw on for errands or a day out or over a swimsuit like just such a versatile foundational wardrobe piece.
