The “Dual-Height Cervical Neck Pillow for Pain Relief, Memory Foam Pillows with Cooling Tech - 3D”, as sold directly by Amazon, is an investment in oneself that keeps paying dividends of great sleep night after night! I've tried many pillows, and I either sweat on regular memory foam or wake up repeatedly on regular dense memory foam pillows. Before this, I resorted to a large buckwheat pillow that was heavy and bulky to carry for travel. If you are looking for a pillow that conforms to your sleep needs on your back or side, is light weight and compresses sufficiently for travel, look no further as this is the right pillow! For the record, I never sleep face down, so I can't comment on that, but it's supposed to be good for that and the reason it's got dual heights. Also for the record, the pillow has a built-in cover that is removable for washing if necessary, though I cannot speak to the effort required to remove and replace the cover as I have not attempted it. But important to note is there was no chemical odor requiring a need for airing out or washing before use like clothing and other bedding. That was a major plus when I removed it from the box and pulled it from the rolled up form in the plastic wrapper as I used it that first night. I simply adore this pillow. I purchased the pillow at the start of fall, so can't say if it will feel cool in summer heat and humidity. But I keep my bedroom chilled to sleep (under 70°F). However I doubt it will be an issue as my head has not sweat even a little with this pillow. This pillow is so good that my adult daughter tried mine one night and never returned it to me. Instead she ordered one the next day for herself and just gave me the new one. For me, it works perfectly well on my back, but I prefer side sleeping. And with my arthritis, I can use it two ways: First, normal position facing up when my arthritis is calm as my shoulder is unaffected as my arm slips beneath the base and I sleep on the pillow on my arm with my elbow bent or my arm straight. The second, for when I'm suffering from an arthritis flare up, I found if I just flip it upside down to keep my elbow bent or extended underneath in the pillow channel with my head on top of the base, I'm still incredibly comfortable because the pressure is removed from my shoulder and arm and height still ideal! This is simply the most versatile pillow with its dual height and channel system design. BTW, I have not wanted to write a review of a product in many years, but I felt compelled to write this one as this is a true FIVE STAR PILLOW!
