These camera glasses are an exciting tool for anyone looking to capture action shots from a first-person view. The daylight picture quality is excellent, producing clear, vibrant images that really bring out the energy of the moment. This makes them perfect for outdoor adventures and high-energy activities. One thing to note is the lack of stabilization, which means you have to be mindful of how you’re filming. Any sudden movements or shakiness can affect the footage, so planning your shots or moving smoothly is key to getting the best results. In low light, the glasses don’t perform as well, with image quality dropping off and a fair amount of graininess. They also fit quite tightly, which is great for staying put during active use but may become uncomfortable over extended periods. Additionally, setting up these glasses requires configuring them via a text file on the storage—a bit of a throwback in tech terms, but manageable with a little patience. Overall, these glasses are a must-have for outdoor enthusiasts who want unique, first-person action shots, especially in well-lit conditions. Just be prepared for a learning curve with filming technique and setup. Read more

Claimed to be transitional lenses and they are not. Lenses keep falling out with any hard or semi hard movement. Simply set them down and out came the lens. (See pic) The lens is supposed to be protected from getting scratched, yet they were scuffed/scratched when I opened it. Claims a 32GB card is included yet no card. The ad changed 3X's which is interesting. On one version when purchased the lens is transitional depending on if indoor/outdoor. On another is an extra pair of lenses that can be switched manually (LOL, technically I guess that's manual transitioning). The video quality is actually not bad, but it jumps around with the slightest movement like simply walking and or turning your head. Suppose to be for recording sports like biking, climbing, or running etc. Frames have a nice rubber like coating that gives it a mat black look and protect surface, but they show oil from your fingers easily and if you perspire a bit, they will show all the oiliness on the inner side of temples. Instructions are a little off but not very hard to figure out controls. The red recording light is positioned in a spot a little hard to see if you turn it on while wearing it. Easily hooks up to laptop so viewing video and pic is easy. The functions are all decent and I could overlook some of the stuff but the lenses falling off and scuffs just are a deal breaker. Never mind I purchased a different version at $25 more then got charged less for the ones I got. At least the price was adjusted, and I didn't overpay for this other set. Not sure what's going on there. I may have just got a bad set so please take that into consideration. Will be returning. Read more

Video and audio is good. Bit of a learning curve to figure out what will show in the video. The instructions for starting video that came with mine are not correct. After the first short vibration a red light blinks, but doesn't keep blinking (indicate recording). The light isn't visible when wearing, so have to make sure the light is actually continuingnto blink before putting them on. Once I figured out to ignore the instructions. And just figure out the blinks they are fine. Mine didn't come with the file to set the date/time stamp. Their customer service quickly got me the file and had set it up so I could just drag and drop into the glasses folder Read more

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE- I have moved this to a 5 star. On suggestion of said friend below, I contacted the sellers. There is a config.txt file on the glasses (third picture). When you open the file, the last line says Y/N for movie audio. Mine was turned off. I edited to Y and on the top line, put a Y for update configuration. Saved the file and now the audio works great. I am realizing this txt file also dictates time stamp, video size and video length. I still think its silly the audio was turned off when I got it but the seller responded quickly and these are the best quality glasses I have so far. They definitely look like sports glasses rather than spectacles but I think I can live. I have put a video of a brief recording at the highest resolution and with sound. The buzz you hear is the indication that it's recording It does have video- I'd say the quality of cameras from the 5MP 2010-2015 era. But it has no audio! I only bought it because a friend had the exact same model with audio. The European versions have audio but somehow this doesn't have it. I would love to return it. Waste of $180. Pass for something else that has audio Read more

Video freezes and stutters at the highest resolution. I've not yet tried lower resolutions. Photo function results in good photos, but note that if you have video recording, and you hit the button to take a photo, it totally stops recording, and while you can continue to hit the button to take more photos, if you want to start recording again, you have to turn the unit completely off and back on again.
