This tape being sold as a roll rather than precut strips makes it easy to customize with minimal waste, and the design on the tape helps visually cue how much stretch is being applied. It sticks better than other tape which is also great for active sports applications (we use it for softball and running). I would definitely recommend this tape for superior adhesive quality and value. It does leave some residue after a few days of wear, but we use medical adhesive remover wipes to help with adhesive removal and minimal skin irritation. This kinesiology tape is a good alternative to the famous KT brand. It comes in a bigger roll and a lower price tag. It works very well, actually too well! Sometimes it's hard to remove (warm water help a lot), but hey! That's better than peeling off on its own... like the competitor. OK tape is a good way to describe it. Ok,so I bought these for my hand and back. I was looking for a cheaper price than the well known brand. Little did I expect to like this product better than the brand name one. It has a better grip and my skin doesn’t get irritated now that is my own experience. I share it with my co workers and let’s just they like it as much as I do. I used this sporadically over the past 2 years. Recently I started using it full time. Much better than a brace. Reviewers mention being allergic & showing ugly red & painful looking places on their skin. That had never happened to me before yesterday. It was really stuck even though I’d worn it for 3 days. But it was coming off at the edges. When I pulled it off it really hurt & I got those red patches. My advice: try a small piece when you get it. If you must pull it off right away use something like goop off to loosen the adhesive. The OK PRO is much heavier & sticky. You may want to start w/the original; less hold, less sticky first. Great everything! Stays on for several days. Very durable and comfortable. This helps my (bone on bone) knee pain, my bursitis, and my plantar fasciitis. I watched some videos to see the best way to apply. In order to apply it to work its magic, you need to know how to position yourself to get the best effects. It’s not just tape and go. I've been using another brand (Theraband) and love it, but it's quite expensive, so I was hoping that this would be an adequate alternative - it's not. This is just sort of "meh." The color is attractive, and it's easy to cut. It also adheres well with minimal peeling at the edges after about 24 hours. It's also easy to remove by just peeling it off dry before a shower and does not irritate the skin (as always, if using this on a hairy area like an arm or a leg, it's best to shave the area before applying the tape to make removal much, much easier). However, the edges are straight across, so it's difficult to peel the tape from the backing. It also stretches a bit too much - much more than my usual tape - so the support isn't quite as good. Overall, depending on your needs, this might be a solid option, but if you want stronger support and pre-cut strips, this is not the best choice. Read more
