The purchased the desk with the hutch and it arrived quick and well packaged, it was three large boxes. At first it looked intimidating, so I decided to build it on the weekend. To my surprise I arrived from work the next day and my wife of 120lbs had built the desk. It was heavy and looked expensive and well made. It took her 2 hours to build. I built the hutch and it was heavy wood, the build time for the hutch was 40 minutes. Instructions were easy and the item was simple to build. Looks great in the den and would buy again if needed. The quality for the price is far more than what I expected. We got the desk with the hitch so it can in 3 heavy boxes. They were banged up a bit and I was concerned about the two glass panels. Once opened it was obvious they they spent much time engineering the packing because every piece was pristine. Instructions (pictures only) were well done and easy to follow. The desk is beautiful and solidly built. The desk with hutch arrived in 3 boxes though one of the boxes was the wrong color. The seller did a good job of replacing it with the correct one (even sending a shipping label so FedEx would pick it up - which was nice since it was heavy). My only two issues in putting it together are these - 1) the steps show pictures that are not always clear while not giving you the amount of hardware to be used so you have to try to count the pieces from the drawings, and 2) some of the cam bolts are in locations where it's hard to get a screwdriver into in order to tighten them. Also be aware that the introduction tells you about using the glue on the dowel rods. Otherwise, it took many hours to put it together, two people to assemble and 3-4 people to move it into place - yet it's a very nice desk. Read more

The desk is really pretty and really roomy but the Finish is super cheap. My husband warned me that it was just paper on top so be very careful not to scratch it and I have been extremely careful unfortunately 3 days into setting it up it got a couple scratches. Great Computer Desk , I have ordered two of the exact ones . Will say be prepaid for a few hrs to put together . Over all it is worth it when it is done . I did have a few missing parts .
