Saw this and immediately had to get it. I have a previous ultra to compare to and it is far better and cheaper; 2 of the best qualities. The light is brighter than the ultra and has 3 settings for strength and a new spotlight which has been very useful. The master is now a click or press and release method which is again super helpful. The brightness indicator around the button is a no brainer useful upgrade from the original design. The UV has 2 brightness settings and is not as bright as the original ultra on the max setting, however it is a far better wavelength and makes it far more useful than the original. For my comparisons, I literally used the ultra and the new EDC pro next to each other in dark lighting to see the differences and the UV one was the only one that wasn’t as bright, but what I was able to see vastly outshined what the original ultra was making visible. I keep an OLIGHT on my hip at all times since I got one with the small size, powerful light, magnetic base, and long battery life. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great work companion flashlight. Read more

Love this flashlight. Small enough to EDC and very useful. Blacklight can be a bit nauseating if you’re a germaphobe. The Turbo setting is super bright. Easy to use. Comfortable to hold. Very durable. Got it wet several times in the rain with no issues. Love the hat clip. Battery holds its own considering the small size. Wish it came with some instructions. Read more

The OLIGHT ArkPro EDC flat flashlight blew me away. For how slim it is, the 1500-lumen output is impressive and perfect for outdoor use, work, or emergencies. The green beam and UV modes are actually useful, not gimmicks, and the white LED gives you both a strong spotlight and a smooth floodlight. Build quality is solid, the pocket footprint is tiny, and USB-C charging is fast and convenient. Read more

This (device) is truly awesome. As a commercial Foreman/electrician you find that you can never have enough light on your person since we tend to be working in dark places or investigating conduits/circuits above ceilings or in catwalks. This tool has been a game changer for me for many reasons. It has a slim profile, which makes it easy to carry everyday just like my pocket knife. The battery life is pretty impressive considering its size. The flashlight is really bright and has a spot light and a flood light option with 3 lighting outputs each. The selector switch and center button functionality are actually in a great place and operate seamlessly and are made out of sturdy materials not cheap plastic. It can be charged via usb C or the included mag charger. It also has a magnet on the bottom of the light. It’s a pretty strong magnet so u can easily put the light on a pipe or can etc and go hands free with it. The UV light is a cool feature, although not something I need or use often. But it’s a nice touch to have and has 2 brightness modes. Hotel rooms will never be the same for me now 😂 And the green laser pointer is also an extremely handy tool for me to have to show others points of interest or runs of conduit we need to follow or build. I used to use my tape measure as my go to pointer but now I have the laser! You don’t realize how nice it actually is to have one on you until you do. Bottom line, the tool is very well made with good quality materials and functions equally as well. It’s not a cheaply made item, so in my opinion it justifies the price point for it. If I could add one thing I’d love to see in a future product it would be to also have a flood/spot light feature on the face (same side as the button) so I could clip it to my vest and use it as a hands free work light as well. But I guess that’s what my OClip light by them is for 🤷🏻♂️. Worth the price without question. Buy one and you won’t be disappointed. Time will tell about longevity. Read more

I’ve been collecting flashlights for more than a decade. Some unique some practical. I purchased the ArkPro because it seemed unique but it only took a few minutes in my hands to realize it’s definitely in the practical category. Most of my collection sits on a shelf in a case never to be used on a regular basis. Every now and then I find a flashlight that just too good to sit on a shelf. My new ArkPro is definitely not going to be a shelf queen. I’ll list a few of the attributes that’s going to get it used. Build quality. The ArkPro is built like that monolith in 2001, it must have been milled from a solid block of aluminum. Switches and charge port feel solid. Straight forward user interface. Some flashlights UI is so convoluted it’s a hassle to navigate. The ArkPro is intuitive. Moon mode. I need a flashlight to not only crank out the lumens but also be tame enough for nightstand duty. There are times I want just enough light to make my way but not bother others who might be sleeping. (For me) it’s too heavy to be an everyday carry, I have a Armytek Wizard for that but the ArkPro is ideal around the house & shop and ideal on the nightstand. The vast majority of my collection is removable liion 18650, 21700 or 26650. I like being able to swap out batteries for extended runs but I think the ArkPro has enough capacity that it shouldn’t be a problem. Also the UV light is surprisingly powerful. It’s strong enough to cure UV activated glue. It will also make you aware of the places in your home that require additional cleaning! I’m not sure what use I have for a green laser but it is quite powerful. I can’t say that the ArkPro would be my choice if I could have just one flashlight but it’s probably in the top three right behind my Convoy L6 & ArmyTek Wizard. Olight has built a reputation of quality and reliability and this flashlight definitely bolsters that reputation. It’s a jack of all trades and I highly recommend it. Read more
