I previously invested in an “ergonomic” gaming chair. It was trash. I had a surgical procedure on my back a few years ago and frequently experience lower back pain, so I was weary ordering another proclaimed “ergonomic” chair. To my surprise, this chair does not cause me any lower back pain. I’ve recently started working from home (8 hour days), and this chair has been such a back saver! I find myself adjusting or shifting my body weight only a couple times a day, whereas before I was shifting several times an hour. The seat cushion is about 2.5-2.75 inches thick and I find it semi-firm and comfortable. I love the lumbar support settings. You can add more or less support, depending on your comfort level and can even tailor that support up or down a couple inches. I also find much comfort in the neck support. I wasn’t sure if it was necessary, but I am so glad I have it! It also adjusts up and down and can angle forward or backward based on your comfort level. What I absolutely love about this chair is the color! It is aesthetic and compliments my light desk set up so well. Assembly was a breeze. I assembled this chair by myself in approximately 20 minutes. The tilt function of the chair makes it easy to rock back and forth. The arm rests do fold up to accommodate fitting under a desk better. I tried to include things in my review that I felt were important to me when searching for the right chair. I definitely think this chair was a great value for the price! Read more

I bought and have been using the Oline chair for about a month now. Just so you know, I am 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 150 pounds. You'll see why this matters presently... The chair is nice, for the money, and I'm generally pleased with the it. Here are what I see as the chair's pro's and con's... Pro's: * Of course, you have to assemble the chair. Its hardware packaging and the assembly instructions are superb, just about the best I've seen in any home assembly item. Because of this, assembly was straight-forward and easy. They even give the only tool you need. * Once assembled, the chair is sturdy and generally pretty comfortable. I've seen chairs just like it at twice the price in other outlets, so it's a good value. * The seat, armrests, back and headrest fabric is firm and even elegant. * The adjustment levers and piston work smoothly. Cons: Now for my gripes, ALL of which concern the lumbar support: * As I mentioned, I'm 5'4". For me, the lumbar support is too high up the back of the chair: it hits me at mid-back instead of at my lumbar region. * While you can adjust the depth that the lumbar support pushes INTO the chair, the vertical placement of the support is not adjustable: it is where it is and you can't move it. So, I have good mid-back support, but not lumbar support. * Regardless your height, the lumbar support ought to extend deeper into the chair; that is, unless I lean way back, I don't feel a lot of support. There's some, just not a lot. (Perhaps the support is more pronounced the heavier you are.) * The lumbar support adjuster knob is counter-intuitive. Based on the old "righty-tighty, lefty-loosey" proverb, one instinctively thinks that to "tighten" the support — that is, to cause the support to push deeper into one's back — one should turn the dial to the right. Not so. On this chair, you turn the dial to the left to increase the support. I was surprised to see that Oline violated this basic rule! As I said, I'm pleased with the chair, overall. It's a good chair. But if Oline were to tweak its design as I've outlined, I'd have dubbed it a great chair. All this said, if you're a taller and heavier person this chair might be perfect for you. But for us of the lower elevations, I'd say keep looking -- especially for a chair that offers up & down and in & out lumbar support. I hope this helped. Read more

I purchased 6 of the ErgoAir office chair. All the staff have raved about how comfortable they are and they feel much better after extended periods of sitting in the new chairs compared to the more expensive less comfortable chairs. I purchased them because of the affordable pricing. Read more

This is a reasonable chair to sit in. The problem that I have with it is the screws that hold the backrest in place keep pulling out. Read more
