Crap product
Motor smelled like it was burning up. After just one use the machine left burnt marks on counter. Grinder did not even grind up all of the nuts, so even if there wasn’t an issue with the motor I’d still return. Read more

Easy Use Just Spits Black Soot
It works well. Made great milk so far. Super easy to use and clean. Very sleek and barely takes up space on the counter. Used the first two times and it threw black soot everywhere and smelled like burning motors. Still spits out soot now, but it works, I guess. I put a towel under it because the soot leaves a nasty mark behind that's almost impossible to get rid of. For the price, too much of a hassle to return; I'll just use it till the motor burns out and look at another. Good entry product. Read more

Be careful opening lid ... it twists at hinge
The bighest piece of advice I can give with this nut milk maker is to be careful opening the lid as the hinge is a bit delicate. I unintentionally broke the hinge as I was attempting to open the lid straight up when it is actually a twist & slide function. I deducted one star for how delicate the hinge is. That said, this is a cool tool ... a blender and cooker in one unit. It looks nice on the counter and is especially cool when the options panel is lit. Read more
