One of the absolute BEST blenders I have ever bought!!! The dial is simple, pulse, 1, or 2. Exactly what I need, nothing fancy, just strong and efficient. No mobile app or any flairs, its a simple, (bigger than I expected) large capacity glass blender. The lid feels high quality as well, and overall this thing is a beast!!! It handles ice, herbs, peanut butter and honey, basically anything you throw at it! It's perfect!!! That being said, it's been great for the last couple of weeks, but I will update my review in a year when my calendar reminds me, and I'll be sure to let everyone know whether or not the performance has degraded at all. Okay so I’ve had this blender for little less than a week. I ordered it in a blind panic. It was a few days before Christmas and I was in charge of the pozole. I got it delivered just in time. I had a ninja blender before hand. And I always had the issue where things weren’t blending all the way through. But with this blender i have not had that issue. The blades are powerful and shred through chillies tomatillos cilantro etc. not only does it blend beautifully but it also cleans up very well. Again I’ve had it for less than a week. Less thana month, i bought this blender, used it three times without issue. Today, fourth time, it stopped suddenly and doesnt restart. I am left with an unfinished mess that i have to now throw away! Returning! Update! Before starting the return, i gave it another try, and it worked! Maybe, there is some kind of overheat safety mechanism that is not explained by manufacturer? Anyone has some info, it would be helpful. This Blender is much more Heavy Duty than most blenders bought in Retail stores. I agree this unit is likely a professional tool. It is also extremely good looking and receives comments from visitors. I'd say it is pretty good. If it lasts several years, it is a very good value for the price. Read more
