True to size, color, and texture. GORGEOUS! It comes vacuum sealed so don’t be alarmed by the size on delivery. Care suggestions - (please take with grain of salt, we don’t wear shoes in the house AND it is in a space without carpet) As it gets worn/used You will need to shake out AND hand vacuum as the fibers are long though they can be vacuumed, because of the texture of the rug (memory foamish) it’ll get sucked into a standard vacuum. So use with caution. After a wash it bounces back— AIR DRY. I’ve had 6 months and just machine washed for the first time. I suggest spot cleaning if it needs, not regular machine washing, sweeping can be challenging so use a pet rake or vacuum clean and of course shaking regularly (weekly) then spray with fabric softener/freshner. It absorbs the smell because of the fiber just make sure you’re using the right spray so it won’t absorb all moisture! Read more

Mostly Disappointed. Long shag & the padding feels good under your feet but the shag fibers are very thin or not enough of them. Like you can see through to the backing slightly. Gives off a cheap feel to the rug. I guess you get what you pay for. But I bought it because I have dogs and I like the fact that it’s washable… I’m afraid to wash it because I’m afraid I might lose even more fibers.
