One-step Gel Nail Polish 1 Pcs 15ml Hot Pink Gel Polish Color Soak Off LED Nail Gel Polish

This was my first experience with a one-step gel nail polish. I've always used the traditional base coat, color, top coat system, having to cure in between each layer. This is a very fast alternative! No need for base or topcoat, just paint on layers of color and cure each layer. I did find that even though this is a vibrant pink color, I needed three coats for it to feel sufficient, as opposed to the traditional gel polish where I normally only need two coats unless it's an extremely light color like white. But the extra coat is definitely worth it, versus having to apply base and top coat and wait while both of those cure. The lack of base and top coat didn't seem to affect the durability of the manicure, as it lasted the full two weeks that I normally allow for each manicure. My nails grow quickly enough that I can see the outgrowth after 2 weeks, so I can't speak to how much longer it might have lasted after that. This is super easy and quick to apply, but the next day started peeling off. I bought the hot pink and white pearl. Both colors peeled off but the white lasted 3 days before peeling. It's great if you need a manicure for one or two days. Read more

I loved the fact that this nail polish didn't require any wiping between cures! Others have made the same claim, but then left my nails with a slight residue/tacky feeling. Not this one! It was totally clean and dry after curing. I only did two coats directly onto clean toe nails and got good color coverage (pretty opaque). I wish I had this one before the Barbie boom (it would be perfect for all things Barbie). The only reason why I gave it 4/5 starts is because after about 4 days, the polish on one of my toe nails just popped off.
