I purchased this primarily for my own physical therapy, since I have a herniated disc in my lower back and have discovered that traction (with dead hangs) provide the only real relief I have found. I also want to eventually be able to do pull-ups after seeing RFK Jr. do them at his age!! For the money, I think this is the best value there is, and haven't found anything even close in price that is foldable and stores in such a small space. The other folding units I've seen don't have the dip station, either, so that is a real bonus. It is extremely stable and sturdy, and holds my weight well (I weigh 215 lbs). Be wary of any negative reviews here - and look on YouTube if you'd like to find more credible ones. This is a solid piece of equipment, and I'm happy I bought it! PS - the instructions are absolutely horrible, but you can refer to the first video here for easy assembly. It's as simple as simple gets! Read more
Assembly for the pull-up bar was fairly easy and took me no more than 30 minutes. It came with all the necessary tools, and the quality feels durable and sturdy. It did tilt slightly during my pull-ups and dips, but not enough to affect my workout. It was able to handle my weight of 265 lbs without any issues. The overall build quality is solid, it doesn’t feel cheap and doesn’t feel like it’s going to break during use. It’s also not too big, and I really like that it’s collapsible, so you can tuck it away and put it away easily when not in use. Overall, it’s a solid product. Read more
Very happy with the purchase. Assembly takes a couple of minutes but is pretty straightforward. The item was packaged well, arrived in good condition, and functions as expected. The tower is sturdy, with minimal wobbling during exercises. I've used it for pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, dips, inverted rows and more. For the dips, I wouldn't mind if there was a little more padding around the handles, but I've been using some of the packaging that came with the item to further pad the handles. While I purchased this for the foldability, I mostly leave it set up except for when it needs to be put away. Compared to other power towers, this one provides a good variety of exercise options, storage options, etc. for a good price point. Read more
I decided to add a pull up rack to my home gym and the folding rack is a great option that gives me the flexibility to move it around even in the limited space I have. 1. The rack itself is solid. When fully constructed it has some flexibility/sway to it, but this is a bit misleading - because it’s firm and solid the moment it holds your body weight (6ft, 185lbs - no problem) 2. The setup is a breeze. It arrives folded and you basically need to unfold it, attach the handles and you’re good to go. 3. The only thing to be mindful of is not to swing your legs too hard forward on the way down so as to avoid hitting the folding strap. About the seller: the customer service is absolutely top notch! The product was damaged a bit during transport - and although it wasn’t the seller’s fault, they gladly stood behind the product and immediately acted to make things better. They were responsive, friendly, and professional and acted with a reassuring sense of urgency that made the whole experience a pleasure. Highly recommended. Read more

Great purchase! I use it daily! Read more
For the price very solid and does what it says. I’d buy again. Height adjustment is particularly good. Could be made better but there are wall mounted pull up bars with far less material for more than this. Good deal. Read more
3.5. It has a sturdy frame and is a doable station. major issue is that it wobbles some and doesnt have any meaningful stability mechanism. the banner across the back also limits any forward sway on pullups. great idea but needs improvement on stability. Read more
I rarely ever write a review but here we go. Not sure if I just got a crappy delivery order but I ordered the one fit “max” version. Reason I purchased it was because the assembly seemed quite simple but it turned out to be a headache. The video they show is for the pro , the max requires other steps, also needed a wrench set to pull out some pins. The locking latch mechanism are all different for every part (some are loose and some are tighter which secures the pull up bar and keeps it from moving). The ones that are loose is due to a possible bad spring which makes it impossible to have keep it sturdy on the ground. Even after set up the pull up is slanted favoring the forward side and leaving the back with the wheel up (again had to de assemble and reassemble to fix this issue). And to add pain to misery , the right padding for the dip came ripped already. So much for a easy assemble pull-up bar Read more
