I just learned about Gua Sha recently, I love the whole concept of it. The quiet meditative aspect, the relaxation, and the physical improvement of increased circulation. Even the medical world seems to grudging allow for it having potential medical benefits. (It is a "traditional Chinese Healing Method.") It is also for addressing chronic pain in other areas of the body, this isn't just for your face. This particular stainless steel set is a beautiful duo and a great deal, getting both together, and was exactly what I was hoping for! The roller is perfect, solid, heavy (but in a quality way) I love the two sizes to the rolling ends , which is so helpful for getting into the smaller spaces you want, like the tender under-eye area. I love how cold both stainless steel items are, without even being refrigerated! The Gua sha steel "stone" fits perfectly in your hand, also has such a solid feel to it. Not an imperfection to be seen! It was a bit thinner than I anticipated, but it seems fine. You can get a good pressure with it for massage. I can already tell that these are going to be an excellent addition to my "massage tool" and "beauty tool" collections! Read more

Of all the devices I've used this is probably been cheapest and it's lovely to use can feel it firming while rolling over my face and neck it's also really lovely to use heavy and cool so lovely I would recommend it to anyone before buying expensive devices this takes no electric no batteries but you feel it upon 1st use feels so therapeutic and will continue to use no fuss take it out of its pouch add a tiny amount of oil or moisturizer to area you want to treat and roll around contours the weight is brilliant as it helps to give the sculpting I'm loving this item looks and feel more expensive then it is gu sha also same quality so soothing and cool you can pop in the fridge before using but honestly it says cold and feels great 👍update another end of this roller is for creams oils to roll into skin I have used this on and around my lips if you already have collagen you can feel this working lovely massage 😂 Read more

This is really a nice little set. Until recently, I was unfamiliar with the concept of using rollers like this, but as I'm learning more about it, I'm really liking it. This particular roller has different sized heads on each end, and that makes it an even better value for the price. The small one is particularly effective at getting into smaller spaces like under the eyes and the spot where your cheeks and nose intersect. The larger roller is effective not only on the face, but other areas where muscles are tight. This type of massage is very relaxing, and I find it very calming. The stainless steel feels cool to the touch even without being refrigerated, which is very convenient. I really like this item for several reasons; it is durable, and it doesn't break easily like quartz or ceramics, I bought s couple of quartz gua sha's and they broke in in half in the first drop. This one, I have dropped it a few times and is intact. I usually just place both the gua sha and the roller in the fridge to keep it cold and use it whenever I need to, that way it has double effect on my skin. Read more
