Opalescence Go 15 PF - Prefilled Teeth Whitening Trays - 10 Treatments Hydrogen Peroxide 15 and Potassium Fluoride

I wanted to gently whiten my teeth slowly, and they were pretty yellowed after 63 years on the planet. I was resistant to having the quick whitening done as I worried it would be hard on my teeth or gums (and I still need my teeth for a few more years). I have tried, without good success, the Crest Whitening Strips. They are flimsy and because I produce more than average saliva, they often came off too soon. This product has "insertion" trays that put the whitening strip in place before you remove the tray (after about 30 seconds). The whitening strips are subtantial and stay in place. The box comes with 10 sets of trays (upper and lower), I put them both in at one time, and I leave each whitener strip in for 15-20 minutes. After one box (10 trays), there was noticeable improvement. So I ordered a second box, and after using those, my teeth are now much whiter, and at a level I like. I am not looking for George Hamilton white which can blind those around you, just to look good to my wife and in pictures (you can really see the difference in pictures). So you have to balance the cost with your goals, but 2 boxes will gently do the job and still be much cheaper than the "professional" one trip treatments. I really liked the results from using this whitening system. I had a noticeable improvement in my teeth for sure. I recommend finding a video of the process to make it easier to understand how to use this. I also recommend adjusting the amount of time required to keep the tray in, in order to reduce sensitivity. When I left the tray in for the full suggested time, I felt sensitivity throughout the day. Once I reduced that by a few minutes, I was ok. Also I realized this should be done before anything comes into contact with your mouth (eating, brushing, flossing etc...). Otherwise it will sting, burn, leave white patches on gums that do vanish after a short time, yet very uncomfortable. Overall, I recommend this whitening system. Read more

This is a gentle whitening system that I prefer to do every other day until desired whiteness as my gums get a little irritated if I do them consecutive days. Dry your teeth off before you insert trays that way it makes really good contact with your teeth. Easy to use & 1 hr of time & I can definitely see a difference on the first round. I'm a smoker & ice tea drinker so I definitely get stains. Read more

This product did a really good job at whitening my teeth in a short period of time. It is easy to use and extremely convenient. 50 bucks is a good price for an at-home treatment that actually works. However, the taste is not the most pleasant, and the texture of the gel left on my teeth made me gag when I brushed my teeth after. I've never had any issues with gum/teeth sensitivity, but this product really did a number on my gums. They healed after a couple weeks, but while I was using these strips, my gums were extremely sensitive, and even bled a couple times. Overall, I would recommend this product because it does what is supposed to do, and it is much cheaper than what you would pay to go into the dentist. I wanted to make my smile brighter and chose this product. It is pricey for the results you get. My teeth seem a bit brighter but certainly not the results I was hoping for especially for the price. Product was 15% which should have made a significant difference…but did not. I am on the fence as to whether or not I would spent the money to purchase again. Read more
