These knives are a great investment!
Not only are these knives beautiful, they are sharp and easy to clean. I love the colors and the grip the most. Shortly after purchasing these knives, I went to a French restaurant and they had Opinel. After our dinner, the manager came to the table and I asked why they used these knives. The Manager said it’s the only one Chef wanted and if they weren’t stolen or accidentally throw away, they didn’t have to replace them. When a Chef recommends something for the kitchen, you know it’s good! They are a great investment and recommend them to everyone who want quality knives. Read more

Hard to find a decent non-serrated steak knife; this is that.
These are wonderful; exactly what I expected from Opinel. Blades are a little thin & flexy, and not a full tang, but that's what I expected for the price. The steel is excellent; these things take a razor edge and hold it better than more expensive knives I own. Balance is nice, and they are nice and light. Feel like a surgeon's scalpel while slicing my steaks lol. Hard to find a decent non-serrated steak knife; this is that. Read more
