Do not buy these climazons! I’ve had mine for a mere 4 months and it is already shorting out. It is impossible to speak with a real agent to discuss my warrantee and salon pro’s takes no responsibility for the broken product despite their company coming up as the ones to contact on the Amazon site. I ordered the Salon Pro Orbiting Halo unit in late 2024. When it arrived, I was surprised to see visible signs of wear, scratches on the casters, residue on parts of the unit, and overall condition that did not resemble new equipment. I contacted the manufacturer at the time and was told they never ship used equipment, despite the condition clearly suggesting otherwise. Just over a year later only a few months outside the warranty period the unit stopped working entirely and began tripping GFCI breakers, making it unusable. I provided videos and photos documenting both the original condition and the electrical failure. The manufacturer declined any support or repair options due to the warranty expiration, despite the unit’s questionable condition at delivery and the nature of the failure. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product or brand. For professional salon equipment at this price point, reliability and post-sale support are critical. I would advise purchasing from another manufacturer with stronger quality control and customer service. Read more
