I tried zesting with a knife...finally broke down and bought this. It's awesome. I zest, slow low dry and use it throughout the week - and eat or use the citrus immediately. This zester is sharp, easy only gets the rind no the pith - without having to watch how carefully you zest. Perfect depth for just the zest. Easy to use and clean. Highly recommend. Read more

This is the second micro planer I’ve bought. Works as expected. The color is great (I have the red one) and I like that it came with an easy-to-use plastic protective sleeve. Easy to clean by rinsing and putting in the dishwasher. Seems sturdy enough for what I need and it would be a true malfunction if the handle snapped off. I mostly use it for 2 things - zesting and finely grating hard cheese such as Parmesan. Delivered on time. Read more
