Ceremonial matches powder was hitting at the bottom...the legit one I brought from my mother country Japan! For the longest time, there was no way of finding anything close till few on Amazon! They exist! I was hard time deciding Ceremonial powder or this...I picked this one only because for more health benefits with multiple mushrooms!! Was I glad I did!! Love this stuff!!
I swapped coffee for matcha recently and I decided to add this although it is both I still add reg matcha to it. I use xylitol for a bit of sweetner and drink it in the morning/afternoon. I have an appropriate amount of energy, Im not nearly as tired as I would be at this time (nearly 8pm) The taste isn’t amazing but it is good, if that makes sense. I will definitely continue to incorporate this as a daily beverage. Read more
