I swapped coffee for matcha recently and I decided to add this although it is both I still add reg matcha to it. I use xylitol for a bit of sweetner and drink it in the morning/afternoon. I have an appropriate amount of energy, Im not nearly as tired as I would be at this time (nearly 8pm) The taste isn’t amazing but it is good, if that makes sense.
