I bought this in January for a cervical trigger point issue. It has helped me loosen my neck muscles and traction my vertebrae and control some but not all pain. I still have the trigger point which will need further treatment. However I highly recommend this pillow for basic cervical maintenance and those who work remotely. The heat soft pillow traction and vibration are just right for me. It is noisy during use for user but to others barely noticeable. The noise doesn’t bother me I’ve been in MRI machines much louder and ironically this is a similar noise pattern as others have said. It is initially expensive but a great long term 15 minute daily product to use. It immediately pays for itself. It however is not a replacement for PT chiropractic or massage therapy for me but a supplement to that. Read more

I bought this because I often have sore necks and migraines, hoping it would help relieve some pain. Unfortunately, the vibration is so loud it felt like it would make my pain worse. The "neck extension" feature was very uncomfortable, and I think it may have left a sore spot on my neck. I usually handle deep massages well, but this just wasn’t for me. I returned it immediately. I absolutely love this neck massager pillow! The memory foam is super comfortable and gives great support while still feeling soft. The heat is relaxing and really helps loosen up tension after a long day, and the vibration adds just the right amount of extra relief. I also love that it has gentle traction, it feels like a mini stretch for my neck and shoulders, which I didn’t realize I needed until I tried it! The fact that it’s wireless is so convenient. It’s lightweight, portable, and even comes with a nice travel bag. I use it on the couch, in bed, and even while sitting at my desk. My neck feels better already. This is a comfortable pillow, but the vibration settings are a bit too harsh for me. I wish these settings were adjustable. I LOVE the heat setting though. It saw me through a headache, and that alone is the best thing! Read more

We bought this for neck tension relief. It works well. Very firm. Good massage rollers and mild heat. Easy to use and good size. It’s firm. Too firm for for me to lay flat with it under my neck (starts to hurt rather than relieve). So I find it’s best used for neck and shoulders while sitting up. Good to use at any angle for mid back. Good value for the money, it is a good purchase. We ended up buying two more with one being for a relative. So I like it and recommend. Read more

I really wanted to love the CALLIXE Original TheraPillow, but it ended up being a "no" for me. On the positive side, the heat function is excellent—it warms up nicely and feels great on tight neck muscles. The traction design also provides a decent stretch. However, I found the vibration mode to be more jarring than relaxing. Instead of a soothing massage, it felt a bit too intense against my neck, which defeated the purpose of a "calming" experience. Since I couldn't get past the vibration style, I decided to return it. If you’re very sensitive to movement or looking for a soft, kneading massage, this might not be the one for you. Read more

This pillow actually works! It has the option to use one of the three modes or to cycle all three modes..heat, massage, or lifting and lowering the neck with air expansion. I personally like to use the heat only mode to help with chronic pain and it eases the pain. I developed a bad habit of falling asleep watching tv in bed leaning my head and neck forward. After years of sleeping that way caused really bad pain and discomfort during the day and poor sleep. This pillow actually corrects my sleep posture and helps to soothe it as well. My husband borrows it so often that we are ordering a second pillow. Great product and worth the money versus hefty medical bills or even surgeries in the future!!! Read more
