This was wonderful for about 4 months. Really helped my neck issues. Didn't need it for 6 months, tried to use it again and it now won't come on. I've charged it but it won't come on. I have chronic neck pain and this has been amazing. My husband, God bless him, doesn't rub my neck. This massager feels like someone's hands. For me, it hits just the right spots. I like it's size and it's easy to tuck away but still within reach. My only complaint is it's a little hard to hold the straps and still relax. You can configure it differently so it "holds" itself. I must admit that is not my favorite either. I do not hold that against this though because that's a problem with just about every massager of this style. Read more
I bought all 3 of the only other neck muscle relaxation massages that had actual massage, not just a TENS unit, on Amazon. If you want an actual massage-type feel that will not just vibrate or move lymph and help with circulation, but actually dig into your muscles, this is the winner. This item is very high tech and well-built but regardless of the reviews saying it is great it was hard to even figure out how to turn on. No real instructions so you just find it by accident. It is heavy and awkward to use. It hurts. It has no finesse so you either can tolerate something gouging into your neck as hard as possible or you can't - I can handle deep tissue and this thing made me yell out loud. Then when I finally got used to it by not allowing it to be tight against my skin the battery ran out within half an hour, and I had charged it for 24 hours. Not worth the price. As someone who has had neck pain for years I will say this is actually relaxing and worth the money. It has multiple heat and intensity settings which is nice but I do wish it also had more rollers going up the neck as well. Read more
