Purchased July 20th, received and installed on the 21st, and stopped working only 10 days after installation on August 1st. I contacted Orison customer service directly through a chat option on their website and every message took at least 9 hours to get a response. They asked me to send a video of the issue and then told me it appeared like the internal controller had developed a fault and asked me to send a picture of the controller/motor to them so they could send a replacement. After I sent them the requested picture, they told me the controller was out of stock and that it would take 10-20 days for them to get them back in stock before sending me a new one. I explained that I installed this fan in the most used room of my home (living room) and that if I'm going to be required to wait a whole month to have use of a brand new light that I would expect some of my money back. This is a great fan for over the bed because it is slow enough on the lowest speed setting to not dry out my eyes while sleeping. It's been hard to find a fan that IS slow enough to solve for that! It has all the features you could want, is super quiet, is stylish looking and the RGB accent light pointed upwards is a nice feature to act as a night light. I would give it 5 stars if not for the ridiculous effort of installing. I am no newbie to ceiling fan installs but this one had me cursing! Seems the canopy space isn't quite large enough to house the remote receiver, and you really gotta squish it in there... pushing upward on the fan like Hodor trying to hold back the horde while trying to secure the fan to the ceiling. Needed four arms to make it happen. Luckily the cramped space squishing the receiver didn't seem to cause any issues with operation and all is well. Read more

For an inexpensive fan this is great! It puts out a great amount of air for my little office, and the light and back light are perfect. I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a small fan for a small room. The main light dimmer is not what I expected, but it works. The back light is absolutely great, and use it primarily for light in my office. All in all perfect for my use and easy to put together and mount. It fits perfectly in my room. The look and feel is great and the plastic material is perfect. Almost no fan noise other than the fan moving through the air. Read more

This fan is perfect. Super quiet, fun RGB configurations, super bright downright that can be white or soft white. For a smaller fan it gives off a ton of air. It's extremely quiet and I have installed roughly 30 or so ceiling fans in my life and this was the easiest by far. It took about 5 minutes to wire in and put up. Assembly was super easy too. It actually had directions that were easy to follow and correct, which is for some reason hard to find these days. Buy this fan! Read more
