I purchased this pillow to help relieve my low back pain and it absolutely worked as advertised! The pillow is ergonomically designed with firm but soft materials to properly cradle and support your entire spine. The pillow is design to have enough thickness to allow your shoulders to drop to the floor providing additional relief to your upper back. The pillow tapers to the floor at the lower back which supports the natural curvature of you lower spine. This pillow is the perfect way to relieve a full days worth of stress in the evening before going to bed. That's where I find this pillow to be a game changer for me. I normally would wake up with a very stiff and sore neck. After sleeping on this pillow for 3 nights I have had significantly less pain and much more neck mobility. I was really impressed! I also tried using it on my leather recliner that I use for watching television on. Before I was sagging into the cushiness of the chair which caused a general ache and stiffness. After adding this pillow I could immediately feel my entire back and neck being supported to align in the proper way. No more discomfort! I believe that is key to this pillow. I have terrible lower back pain and the first time I laid on this pillow I felt relief in my lower back in about 15 minutes because of the ergonomic design.
