I am thrilled with every set of these babies that I place into my (otherwise "high" arch) shoes. They truly support my high arches (Aetrex, Chaco, Skechers High Arch, etc. are good but still not quite high enough) and at a very affordable price. FYI: I wear a true 7.5 women's shoes (barefoot or with hose) and usually have 8 - 8.5 shoes that require socks. I order the smallest size these come in (which is women's 8.-8.5) and they work perfectly in my 7.5 - 8 shoes. They are a little snug to get into my skechers 7.5 slip on shoes, but they stay in very well and do not slip out when I remove the shoes. I hope this helps. Read more

These are comfortable and easy to insert in your shoes but don’t give true plantar fasciitis relief. The seemed great the first few days in a pair of asics but then the pain started to return so not sure these will keep you pain free. They are sturdy and not easy to bend so they do keep your foot aligned but just don’t keep the pain away (may need more cushion under the heel). Read more
