Life changing
I’ve been struggling with metatarsalgia for over 18 months. Doctor confirmed with X-ray that there was no break in my foot, but offered no other tests/options besides an oral steroid and hoping that helps. Doing my own research, I discovered I have metatarsalgia and purchased foot pads which did help some. Still I had constant pain that hindered my daily life. I was hesitant to purchase insoles for $30+ but eventually was sick of the pain and would try anything. WOW!! I wish I had these 18 months ago. My foot has almost completely healed. I can wear heels again. I can wear other shoes and walk for long distances with only mild discomfort. I can bend my toes without excruciating pain. I keep this in my tennis shoes (the shoe I wear most often). And in less than a month, my pain is nearly gone. Every day I tell my husband something new I can do without pain. Read more

Using these avoids the sensation from a little nerve damage.
I have a tiny bit of nerve damage at the base of the ring toe which is the second one in from the little toe. These insoles really help me. I can be standing or exercising in my sneakers with these insults and feel good all day. Though I wish the curvature or bump near the toe part was a little bigger. Read more
