I purchased this item and liked it so much that 3 weeks later I purchased another for a friend. The item works great, it feels good, with the right amount of pressure. I did ended up having issues with my sinuses and blurred vision. This was a result from a previous eye procedure. I contacted the seller and was provided a full refund for the 1 massager I was no longer able to use. Great customer service, and quick respond. I have a really bad dry eye issue along with eye allergies and a not properly healed scratched eye. I don't think i realized when i purchased that it including an eye massager but I needed something with heat since it was rec by my dr. With the weather slowly changing, my eyes have been getting really dry and painful at night so I decided to try this out, after it's been sitting in the box for a few months. I like the fact that this has the 4 settings but I wish they would let you choose 1 option at a time instead of their settings. However, the heat is the BEST part about this eye mask for my dry eyes. Waking up at 2a with a red, scratchy eye that can't stand the light is one of the hardest things to deal with and gives me anxiety along with not being able to get comfy enough to fall back asleep. After i used this mask on the heat and music (turned down) setting, i was able to relax, open my eyes and fall back asleep within 15 mins. I couldn't do the massager due to the unhealed scratch on my eyeball but it isn't too strong and might be perfect if you get those headaches that bother your eyes (migraines, maybe?). Fit is great. Very intuitive on point massage is magical. Relaxing. Restorative. Didn’t have high expectations for a gadget like this but this far exceeded them. It really does what it says. Going on a few months now with mine. Gets used often between me and my daughters who are constantly sneaking in my room to grab it, and it’s still working like day one so 5 stars from this household! This product is ok. But not what I was expecting. It’s air pressure that inflates and deflates. It’s very loud. While it is relaxing, it’s annoying when it stops then starts again. It’s not a constant massage and when you finally get used to the loudness it stops for a few seconds then starts again. There are two noise choices, horrible elevator music or crickets that continue on a 5 second loop. So as soon as I turn it on I make sure the volume is off. The vibration function is a terrible choice as a relaxing option. It’s louder and more obnoxious than the air massage. I wish it was a constant ball roller massage. Read more
