I like Osprey products because it's well made. However, I was disappointed with the messenger bag for one reason that this item was smaller than expected. The dimensional information, description and photo depictions of what the bag can hold was not accurate. After putting my laptop and a small notebook, it could not hold much more. Read more

I would have kept this bag, except for the quick clip to adjust the strap length. The first time I pulled it out of the car, I accidentally flicked the switch, and the strap got ultra-long. And hard to readjust. Read more
