Update: I have had this bag for over a year and used it everyday. Still looks new. Plastic clips and hardware are holding up just fine. Only issue is the water bottle holder on on side the seem started to come apart. Just sewed it shut and holding up just fine. Still would recommend this bag. 😍 I have had this bag for almost a month and have used it everyday since I got it. I saw this bag originally at REI, I wish I had bought it sooner this bag is fantastic. I am 5' 3" and the tote straps are long enough and comfortable to wear. I was worried about that after reading other reviews. It carries everything I need and doesn't feel bulky at all. I wear it more in tote mode but I like having the option of wearing it like a backpack when I need it to be out of the way. This bag is well made and seems sturdy. The only concern that I have is the backpack clips. They are small and plastic. I am just hoping that they hold up over time. Other than that I love this bag. It is comfortable to wear as a tote or a backpack and 💯 percent recommend it. Read more

I bought this backpack for my recent trip to Europe, and it was great. (12 days, 3 countries) It held everything I needed plus more, and it held up so well. It was portable enough to keep as a ‘personal item’ on the plane and I could fit it under my seat. You could also use the backpack straps or the carry ones. Love this small backpack/tote. I needed a small backpack as I have started to use a walker and my usual tote was not functional for this use. I have used it for one trip on Amtrak. I was able to use all of the pockets for various functions: tablet , puffer jacket, snacks, etc It is light and well made like other Osprey bags. It can also be put on the handles of roller luggage. I bought this bag specifically as a pickleball bag due to the height and backpack straps. The tote aspect is nice but I agree with others who say the tote straps are just a shade too short to really sling over your shoulder. At 5'5'' I can do it but not super quickly. The beauty of this bag is the deep pockets and slots for your paddle, plus extra room for balls, first-aid kit, protein bars, etc. Two deep water bottle pockets are excellent and there's zipper storage for important stuff. Really happy with this. Good size, love that it can become a backpack. Only thing is I wish the handles for when it's it bag mode were a but longer. That would make it fit over a shoulder better. This makes a nice crossover tote/backpack. Good capacity at 20 L. Allows hands free carry when used as backpack and when load is a bit heavy. At same time does not broadcast packpack.
