I got this car mount because I wanted to be able to use the MagSafe feature more often. I have an Otterbox MagSafe case on my 12 pro max and this case has yet to fall off the mount going on smooth or rough roads. The angle adjustment for the phone is also very strong and does not move going on bumpy road. The product is overall amazing and very sturdy. I would recommend it allot if you are looking for something to keep your phone out of the way or if you use it for maps and such. Do keep in mind, if you use a case, the mount only works with any MagSafe case, or bare phone. If your case is not compatible with MagSafe, the magnet will not attach to the phone. Read more

Over 2 years later and still such a great mount. Have used it every day and I even with stick on magnets for cases. Holds my phone even when going over the worst of potholes. So much easier than having a holder with arms because I have a larger phone. When first purchased I received a used one with missing pieces. Returned and received a new one. It would fall every now and then but easy to put back up. As the months have gone on and has heated up, won’t stick at all. Nothing like having your phone and holder fly at you while driving. The arm adjustment is stripped too. I don't typically write a lot of reviews however, this product warrants it. I work in the trades and big part of my role for the company I work for is to visit various job sites. I do this in my company provided truck, a Chevy Silverado 3500. This is a seriously heavy duty work truck. Being that I spend up to 6 hours a day driving from site to site I needed a reliable mount for my phone to navigate and see where I was going. The roads where I work are terrible. Lots of pot holes and bumps. When I hit bumps in my truck they are so bad that sometimes I feel myself get bounced up off my seat. This otterbox mount on the other hand goes absolutely no where. I can hit a monster bump or pot hole and almost go flying but this mount and my phone do not even budge. Since I've been using this phone mount I haven't had the mount or my phone fall once even though both are absolutely punished each day. This is the absolute best and most reliable mount I could have ever asked for and I do not regret spending a little more because it was completely worth it. If this mount can survive the roads I work on and can handle the punishment of a large truck kicking back on some of these bumps then it can most certainly handle an everyday passenger car. Highly recommend this product to anyone with a work vehicle as it will be reliable and keep your phone safe and secure on the dash or window. Also recommend it for a regular passenger car as well because as previously mentioned if it can handle the punishment of a work vehicle it can handle the everyday car with ease.
