I never leave reviews because I'm too busy. But this titanium lined pan is truly the most amazing cookware I have experienced in my professional home kitchen! I tossed out my hormone disrupting chemical nonstick lined pans. I wanted a pure metal nonstick. I tried ceramic pans, but they didn't last in high heat cooking. This pure metal titanium lined pan is magic! The food slides along this pan once the surface of the food in contact with the pan is cooked. The clean up after searing meat or frying eggs is a gentle soapy wipe. It can go in the dishwasher as desired to remove any microscopic food in the titanium micro holes. The etched titanium surface gives it the nonstick property. A drop of oil during pan heating (don't know if it is really needed) and my fried eggs are sliding in a couple minutes and perfectly cooked. It has even heat distribution to the edges. This pan takes a bigger flame and higher heat than my high end copper core All-Clad (which are not nonstick). High heat cooking without burning food is the professional chef's necessity. This is the first nonstick chemical free pan I have found to do it! If forced to think of a con: the bottom of the pan gets little scratches from my Wolf steel burner grates. But all my non enameled cookware does as well. I dont know if it is possible to place a thin titanium layer on the bottom of the pan without changing the heating profile. This is a very minor issue. Summary: This is the most perfect lifelong lasting pan I have ever seen.... I promise to update the review if I find anything wrong with this product. Given the meticulous engineering, I don't think I will be updating. Read more

I love this pan! I bought the mini size as I have eggs every morning. This pan is solid and so well-made. The lid is very attractive; so much that I leave it out in my stove, even when I’m not using it. Inside this pan is an unexpected and interesting new design and it is truly non-stick, without harmful toxic coatings. It works so I don’t question it! Make sure to read the instructions on allowing the pan to heat up a bit first. I just put a little bit of oil on a paper towel and rub it on the pan. It cooks well, and cleans up nicely. It comes with a great spatula but I honestly prefer one I already own that is flexible and a softer material. Overall, I highly recommend this product! Read more

My husband has been searching for the perfect "egg" pan and he has found it! This Our Place frying pan is titanium lined, nonstick, has even heat distribution and is very easy to clean. A spatula is included - there are grooves where the handle meets the pan that the spatula can rest on - clever idea! Yes, these pans are expensive, however, they are worth it. We have already purchased two additional pans! Read more

I’ve been looking for a pan that is nonstick but not teflon. I primarily use All Clad cookware, which has been great. But sometimes I need nonstick. This pan has it all! Gorgeous, for sure. Weighty but nothing like cast iron. I’ve had zero problem with sticking and yet proteins brown better than my All Clad. Clean up is a dream! So easy. I haven’t put it in the dishwasher because of its size, but I love that I could. I love that I can use metal utensils with it. The spatula that came with it is also great. Why didn’t anyone else think of adding clever grooves in the back so the spatula easily rests on the side of the pan? Genius. Love this pan so much I bought the 10” size. ❤️❤️❤️ Read more

Just arrived a day late, but worth the wait. Heated for 1 minute on medium high. Sprayed olive oil. Cooked 4 eggs. Wow! They release like its teflon. It has been a long time since iv'e cooked perfectly fried eggs that did't leave behind millimeters of the egg to burn. Everything that I read is true. Drove my wife crazy watching reviews about this pan, some were many months of successful cooking. Very expensive, but worth the nonstick cooking. Read more

I actually have mixed feelings about this pan. I really do like it — it lives up to the hype — but there are a few things to note. This is a great pan for everyday cooking; no complaints there. However, I wouldn’t call it a true nonstick pan. Food does stick to it (as with most pans), and with enough oil, just about anything becomes “nonstick.” How bad is it? Not bad at all — nothing burns or needs to be peeled off. But eggs do stick a bit, which is why I avoid using it for over-easy eggs since I don’t want to drown the pan in oil. My other gripe is that food can burn slightly into the grooves, making it a little harder to clean and leaving some light stains. Other than that, would I buy it again? Absolutely. It’s still well worth the investment. I should add, this pan looks great, and feels good. Read more

Wow. It is amazing. Finally, a pan we can use daily without scratching or dealing with coatings. It is very well made. Cooks scrambled eggs perfectly and evenly. We love it. We have not tested it dry and will not. We use a very light spray of olive oil and it slides like new Teflon but without scratching. Of course, the true test is over time but I've no doubt it will hold up better than our coated pots and pans which we will be replacing! Read more

Great pan. Good size for daily use. I make two people's breakfast every morning in it with no fail. Quality is outstanding. Sturdy! Definitely nonstick as promised and versatile. I have made french toast, scrambled eggs, sunny side up eggs, omelets, pancakes, boiled pasta, mashed potatoes, fried vegetables, baked fish and more ever since I got it day after day. I only gave one less star because washing it could be a bit more challenging. Especially if one has to do it by hand. The inside needs serious scrubbing because particles get stuck in the small grid. Absolutely not as easy to clean as a regular nonstick. But the fact that it is amazing quality, not poisonous like regular nonstick and also nonstick makes it totally worth it. Read more
