The best customer service/care ever!
First off let me say that I don’t usually leave reviews. However after dealing with this company I felt very compelled to do so. We ordered a coffee table from them and when it arrived it was damaged. Not terribly damaged but had a nice size chip on the top edge. Something we would have been okay accepting with a discount and would have attempted to repair ourselves. The overall quality and craftsmanship of the product was way better than I had expected just minus the chip. When I reported the problem, this company personally reached out to us right away. I sent them a few pictures and they insisted on sending me a new table. They were so apologetic and concerned about my experience! It was a very pleasant surprise! I never had such a great experience with any other vendor before. I would absolutely recommend buying from them and or shopping with them. We were so pleased we have gone back and bought several other pieces of furniture. If you’re looking for furniture you should definitely check them out! I would give them an A+ for quality available items and customer service for sure! Read more
