Over the Calf Work Socks for Men and Women 9-11 10-13 13-15 Moisture Wicking Tall Cushioned Knee High

Was looking for some new boot socks and these fit the bill perfectly with only one small caveat. The length. My calves are 17.250" in circumference and these socks gave the perfect amount of stretch to get over the calf without it hurting to pull them up nor to loose to stay up. I wear a 10.5 boot size and ordered the larges. The elastic in the tube portion of the sock starts around the ankle area and goes all the way up the tube. Even with the size of my calves, there is still about another inch plus of elastic stretch that the tube could expand. The foot portion of the sock is comfortable and has added elastic going around the arch area to give just a little more compression in that section. The only real issue I have (and it is ridiculously minor) is that the tube is a bit longer than needed. From the base of my heal to the back side of my knee where it bends (seated) is 16.5" and the socks easily extend over that by about an inch and a half. The simplest solution was just to fold the top of the sock down and it is fine. All in all, I am extremely happy with these socks over the higher priced "name brands" and am glad I purchased 2 packs of the them. To get 12 pairs of great socks for under $60.00 is a bargain to me. ***UPDATE*** Original socks lasted about a year of constant use. Ordered 6 more pairs, but this time in black. Not sure if the vendor listened to their customers or made the change on their own, but the quality is still fantastic and the tube isn't quite as long. Essentially, the black socks in the same exact size are absolutely perfect. Good and firm compression in the arch area and just enough elasticity in the tube to keep them up. Got these socks in a large size and they fit perfectly. It's hard to find socks that actually go over the calf these days. These go over the calf with ease. Im 5'6" and have thick calves and size 10 shoe, these work great. I had previously bought the "goldtoe" over the calf socks, which are definitely over the calf as well but I found them way to thick and did not breath well. If your feet are cold or get cold alot, I'd recommend them. I hate when my feet are hot and was excited when I tryed these on and found them to be thin and very breathable. I do have to wash all my clothes before I wear them, and even after the wash and dry these are still easily over the calf socks and not super tight. Durability...we will see I guess. If they only last a year, I will call it a win for some comfy socks, and would definitely buy again. Read more

These are great socks, but the size seems a bit long. My husband is 6'2", wears a size 14.5 shoe, and weighs 276 LBS. He has neuropathy and needs his socks to come over the calf. We've always ordered Hanes, but they no longer make his size. These are a great sock! They have great arch support, feel wonderful on his foot. Are thick in all the right places and have not shrunk at all. They look very nice and are a good value for their quality. The problem is, they are very, very long. They come well above his knee and if he folds them over, they add to his pain. We're hoping a couple more wash and dry cycles will shrink them down a bit. They fit perfectly on his foot, and he says they are quite comfortable on that part; it's just the tall length that's a problem. Read more

Bought three sets and tossed all of my other socks in the trash along with The aggravation and empty promises of other sock manufacturers. They always promised that their over the calf socks will stay put but I have a very large calf and most socks, if they stay put, they are too tight and painful after only a short time. The picture was taken after having these socks on for 18 hours and they’re still as comfortable as they were when I put them on this morning. No more droopy socks and no more frustration during the day! This is a great product and I highly recommend anyone looking for an over the calf boot sock or shoe sock to try these. You will not be disappointed. Follow up November 15, 2021: I purchased another 2 sets to make sure I never have to be without these magnificent socks. After wearing them everyday and numerous washings, no wear is obvious at all. I promise I don’t own any stock in the manufacturing company but I would if it was available. Best socks I’ve ever owned! Follow up May 23, 2022 These are the ONLY socks that I wear and since the original purchase, STILL NO WEAR, NO SAG and NO LOSS OF STRETCH! I’ll be 65 in January and I have NEVER owned socks like these which were performing like the day I bought them UNTIL NOW! I’m on my feet 16 hrs a day and they are STILL comfortable even after a long day. I’ll report back in another 6-8 months and probably report that there’s still no wear on these magnificent socks! Follow up 19 Sept 2022 It has now been a year of vigorous daily use and they are barely showing any usage on them! These are STILL great socks!!! These socks are well worth the money!
